CELLULAR HEALTH & LONGEVITY RESEARCH
NAD+
1000 mg
Fuel Your Cells. Support Healthy Aging.
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a naturally occurring coenzyme found in every cell. It plays a central role in cellular energy production, DNA repair, and metabolic function. NAD+ levels naturally decline with age, making it a key molecule for cellular health, healthy aging, and ongoing scientific research.

The Science
Evidence & Mechanism
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a vital coenzyme that functions as an electron carrier in redox reactions and serves as a substrate for key enzymes including sirtuins, PARPs and other NAD+-dependent enzymes. It plays a central role in mitochondrial metabolism, DNA repair, gene expression and cellular stress responses. NAD+ levels naturally decline with age, making it an important molecule for ongoing research in metabolic health, cellular function and healthy aging.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Your Questions, Answered.
Find quick answers to common questions about this Product.
NAD+ is a coenzyme, rather than a peptide. It participates in reactions that move electrons as cells process energy and is used by enzymes involved in cell regulation. This makes it an important research target. Its essential biological role, however, does not establish that a supplied NAD+ vial improves daily energy, exercise recovery or longevity.
A small pilot study followed blood and urine metabolites during a supervised NAD+ infusion in 11 men, including three saline controls. It measured how NAD+ and related compounds changed over time. It was not designed to demonstrate treatment of fatigue, cognitive decline or ageing, and cannot establish those benefits for a different preparation or route.
NR and NMN are different molecules used in pathways that produce NAD+. Human studies of these precursors have measured blood NAD+ and, in selected populations, tissue responses. Their findings do not demonstrate equivalent benefits from direct NAD+. Likewise, MOTS-c and 5-Amino-1MQ address different mechanisms and should not be presented as interchangeable energy treatments.
