NEUROENDOCRINE & REPRODUCTIVE RESEARCH
Kisspeptin
10 mg
Support Natural Hormone Balance, Reproductive Health & Vitality.
Kisspeptin-10 (KP-10) is a synthetic decapeptide that activates the KISS1 receptor (GPR54), which plays a key role in regulating the release of reproductive hormones. Research suggests it may support hormonal balance, fertility, sexual function and overall well-being. This product is intended for research purposes only.

The Science
Evidence & Mechanism
Kisspeptin-10 (KP-10) is a synthetic decapeptide that binds to the KISS1 receptor (GPR54) in hypothalamic neurons, stimulating GnRH release. This activation helps regulate downstream reproductive hormones including LH and FSH. Research suggests Kisspeptin may support hormonal balance, fertility, sexual function, mood and overall well-being through its role in the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis. Human clinical evidence is limited, and this product is intended for research purposes only.
Binds to GPR54 receptors in the hypothalamus.
Stimulates GnRH neurons and hormone release.
May support LH and FSH release.
Explored for potential benefits in fertility, libido and sexual function.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Your Questions, Answered.

Kisspeptin-10 activates a pathway that signals the brain to release GnRH and, in turn, luteinizing hormone. Small human studies showed increased LH release and changes in hormone pulsatility in men. These findings help researchers study reproductive hormone control, but do not establish a routine treatment for low testosterone, infertility or reduced sexual desire.
Human Kisspeptin-10 studies found that reproductive hormone responses vary with sex and hormonal context. A hormone change in one study group cannot predict the response of every man or woman. Likewise, reproductive hormone release is a different outcome from pregnancy, sexual satisfaction or sustained improvement in symptoms.
PT-141 trials measured desire and related distress in a defined group of premenopausal women, through a different signalling pathway. Those results cannot be attributed to Kisspeptin-10. Studies using other kisspeptin forms also need to retain their exact identity. Podcast discussion does not remove the need for direct evidence on the specific molecule and outcome.
