SUPPORTING A HEALTHIER YOU

Research Today. Real Possibilities.

CJC-1295 is a synthetic GHRH analog that has been studied for its ability to stimulate natural growth hormone release from the pituitary gland. By supporting your body's own GH production, it may contribute to lean muscle growth, recovery, better sleep quality, and overall well-being.

  • Supports natural growth hormone release (research)
  • May help increase lean muscle mass (research)
  • Supports faster recovery and performance (research)
  • May aid in healthy body composition (research)
  • Supports better sleep quality and vitality (research)

The Science

Evidence & Mechanism

CJC-1295 is a synthetic GHRH analog that binds to the GHRH receptor in the pituitary gland, stimulating the natural release of growth hormone (GH). Increased GH levels may support IGF-1 production, protein synthesis, fat metabolism, and cellular repair processes. Research suggests potential benefits for muscle growth, recovery, sleep quality, body composition, and overall vitality. This product is intended for research purposes only. Human clinical evidence for CJC-1295 itself has not been fully established.

Products labelled CJC-1295 No DAC are discussed in relation to GHRH signalling, which can stimulate pituitary growth-hormone release. However, the best-known human CJC-1295 trials studied a long-acting albumin-binding form. Those results explain interest in the pathway but cannot establish the magnitude or duration of effects for the No DAC product.

The classic long-acting CJC-1295 studies measured growth hormone and IGF-1, rather than demonstrating meaningful fat loss, muscle gain or improved recovery. A change in a blood marker is not the same outcome as stronger muscles or better physical function. For the No DAC form, claims require studies that identify and test that exact material.

Tesamorelin, BPC-157 and ipamorelin have different evidence bases and experimental targets. Their findings do not demonstrate that CJC-1295 No DAC produces equivalent benefits. Adding ipamorelin may create a research hypothesis, but different receptor actions alone do not establish a clinically beneficial combination. Being a peptide rather than a steroid also does not establish safety.

This combination brings together a GHRH-related peptide and ipamorelin, which acts through the growth-hormone secretagogue pathway. The rationale is to investigate two routes involved in hormone release. That biological rationale does not establish that the listed blend improves muscle growth, recovery, fat loss or sleep. Those outcomes need direct studies of the exact combination.

The classic human CJC-1295 studies used a long-acting, albumin-binding formulation. Their sustained increases in growth hormone and IGF-1 cannot simply be assigned to a product labelled “No DAC.” Removing the drug-affinity component changes the material being discussed. Research summaries should identify the tested molecule before quoting its duration of action or effects.

Tesamorelin has direct human evidence for reducing visceral fat in adults with HIV-related abdominal fat accumulation. Ipamorelin’s human research includes bowel recovery after surgery, where a controlled trial did not demonstrate a significant efficacy advantage. These findings neither validate this blend nor show that a rise in hormone levels produces better strength or body composition.
