HORMONE OPTIMIZATION
Ipamorelin
10 mg
Targeted Support for Natural Growth Hormone Production.
Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor (GHSR-1a) agonist that helps stimulate the body's natural release of growth hormone (GH). It is studied for its potential to support lean muscle, recovery, body composition, sleep quality, and overall vitality. This product is intended for research purposes only.

The Science
Evidence & Mechanism
Ipamorelin (NNC-26-0161) is a synthetic pentapeptide and selective ghrelin receptor (GHSR-1a) agonist. It stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormone (GH) by mimicking the action of ghrelin, without significantly affecting other hormones such as cortisol or prolactin. Studies suggest Ipamorelin may support anabolic processes, body composition, and recovery with a favorable safety profile in research models. Human clinical evidence for specific benefits has not been fully established.
Binds to ghrelin receptors to stimulate GH release.
Promotes natural growth hormone release.
Explored for effects on metabolism and body composition.
Minimal effects on cortisol and prolactin in research models.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Ipamorelin was developed as a growth-hormone secretagogue, meaning a substance that prompts hormone release. Cell and animal experiments found growth-hormone activity with a different hormone-response profile from some other secretagogues. This explains scientific interest in the compound, but animal selectivity does not establish hormone neutrality, clinical safety or improved muscle growth in people.
A randomized human trial studied ipamorelin after bowel surgery to assess recovery of gut function. It did not find significant differences from placebo in its key or secondary efficacy analyses. This matters when interpreting broad benefit claims: a biological mechanism can be plausible even when a clinical study does not demonstrate the expected improvement.
Tesamorelin’s visceral-fat findings cannot be transferred to ipamorelin, because the compounds and clinical settings differ. Similarly, the rationale for combining ipamorelin with CJC-1295 No DAC does not prove greater fat loss, strength, recovery or sleep quality. Direct trials of the exact combination are needed before those outcomes can be described as established benefits.
This combination brings together a GHRH-related peptide and ipamorelin, which acts through the growth-hormone secretagogue pathway. The rationale is to investigate two routes involved in hormone release. That biological rationale does not establish that the listed blend improves muscle growth, recovery, fat loss or sleep. Those outcomes need direct studies of the exact combination.
The classic human CJC-1295 studies used a long-acting, albumin-binding formulation. Their sustained increases in growth hormone and IGF-1 cannot simply be assigned to a product labelled “No DAC.” Removing the drug-affinity component changes the material being discussed. Research summaries should identify the tested molecule before quoting its duration of action or effects.
Tesamorelin has direct human evidence for reducing visceral fat in adults with HIV-related abdominal fat accumulation. Ipamorelin’s human research includes bowel recovery after surgery, where a controlled trial did not demonstrate a significant efficacy advantage. These findings neither validate this blend nor show that a rise in hormone levels produces better strength or body composition.
